Acceptance of Terms

By using PrayMax, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

PrayMax is a prayer tracking application that helps users monitor their prayer habits, set goals, and share progress with accountability partners and groups.

User Accounts

You must sign in with a valid KingsChat account to use PrayMax. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use PrayMax only for its intended purpose — prayer tracking and faith-based community engagement. You must not:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Post offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content on the notice board
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the app

User Content

You retain ownership of your prayer data and any content you create. By using the sharing features, you grant other users permission to view the data you choose to share.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to PrayMax at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.

Limitation of Liability

PrayMax is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or any damages arising from use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PrayMax after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
