Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your PrayMax account and all associated data.

Option 1: Delete from the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the PrayMax app:

  1. Open PrayMax on your device
  2. Go to the More tab
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email:

Include your KingsChat username or the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

  1. Your profile information (name, email, church, avatar)
  2. All prayer session records
  3. Prayer goals and target history
  4. Accountability partnerships
  5. Group memberships
  6. Push notification tokens
  7. App settings and preferences
Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you sign in again after deletion, a new account will be created with no previous data.
